There’s nothing I like better than a good belly laugh, one that shakes my body from head to toe and almost makes me pee.

I was stopped at a red light and despite a fit of laughter, I managed to snap a photo of this bumper sticker through my front windshield. — Photo by Pat Bean

I grew up in a funny household with funny relatives on both sides of the family. My mother’s side–including my elegant hatted and gloved grandmother–had serious problems attending church together. One of the cousins on my father’s side can just look at me and I fall apart, which was a problem when we sat facing each other in high school choir. I miss the days of laughing till I cried. It’s so good to hear from someone who shares the “problem.”
Thanks Kathy. I truly pity people who can’t laugh at themselves. It is so soul clearing and healthy to boot.
I absolutely love that first quote!
Me, too JM. Thanks for commenting.
That made me laugh out loud…thanks for sharing! Take care, Elisa
Thanks Elisa
“When people are laughing, they’re generally not killing each other.” — Alan Alda I love this! Thank you for thinking of us and I am glad that today’s post made you pee. We love to laugh and the animals at the zoo keep me smiling and laughing all the time. Some of them have such a good sense of humor (though they don’t know it) and others, like Noel, are so serious, that they are just hilarious. Thanks again – Lorian of DogDaz Zoo
