A Cambodian visited us in New England one winter and asked us why all the trees were dead. He had never seen a deciduous tree before.
No deciduous trees in Cambodia. That’s interesting Bob.
The past few winters I’ve been intrigued by the “naked trees”, as I call them. Have been taking many pictures. They have a beauty all their own, separate from the one when they are dressed.
We are having our first real taste of winter this week. After 82 degrees at Christmas time, it is supposed to be a hard freeze tonight. If you don’t like the weather here (FL), just wait a minute! 🙂
Sounds like Texas weather. It was pretty cold here in the Dallas area this morning, but is up to about 60 now.

Lots of “naked trees” in my yard. Unfortunately, they threw their clothes
on the ground and I’m still raking them up!
Just like teenagers aren’t they?
