Thanks Pat. It’s so funny you included me on the post with Zion. It was one of my favorite places when I was a kid. Outstanding quote!
I recall hiking in Zion, somewhere around emerald pools or something, and when we got to the bottom of this waterfall we were sitting eating lunch when we heard this terrific whooshing sound. It startled us and sounded like a jet flying low through the canyon, but when we instinctively looked up we saw that the noise was from a massive sheet of ice falling off the precipice high above us.
I love both quotes (Winnie the Pooh has always been a wise philosopher!). Beautiful photo, too.
